ADVERTISEMENT OF HORIZON CONSTRUCTION TENDERS FOR VARIOUS ITEMS
With intention to conclude framed and open contracts for a period of 06 to 24 months, Horizon Construction Ltd invites interested bidders to submit their proposals responding to the following tenders:
- Subcontract of various works including: (a) Civil works (Roads, Building, Bridges and other connected works), (b) Building engineering works/Gypsum Ceiling/Aluminum works, (e) Wood various works, (f) Electrical & Plumbing works, (g) Mechanical various works.
- Supply of stationary, refreshment, cleaning and sanitary materials
- Supply of wooden materials
- Supply of Local Materials (Hardcore, River sand and Crushed Aggregate)
- Supply of Cement 32.5 and 42.5 Grade
- Supply of construction materials (Iron sheet various sizes/Electricals/Plumbing/Steel/Sanitary and Safety/Etc)
- Supply of Gabions
- Hirina of Machines, Trucks and small vehicles
- Supply of various spare parts for various machines, trucks, batching plant and small vehicles
- Supply of Tyres (various sizes)
- Supply of IT Equipment/Office furniture
- Repairing machines
- Business Certificate describing line of business and Registration Number/T|N Number (or equivalent).
- Detailed Company profile covering Names/Address/Mail Address/Phone & WhatsApp Number/FulJ Bank Details.
- Well defined price list & rates with detailed bread down with taxes & duties charges (Where applicable).
- Where Quantities are not provided. Rates will be based on standard & common Unit of measurements mostly used on Rwandan Market.
- Payment schedule/methods & delivery period from the order confirmation.
- For Local bidders, it should be submitted Valid Tax & RSSB Clearance & BNR Authorization (Where applicable).

Bids should include (But not limited) the following:
• At least 3 references of similar contracts supported by Certificate of Good Completion.
